Her background is in user experience research and strategy, and has worked on projects across travel and hospitality, government services, financial services, and IoT platforms. She has spoken at conferences on topics such as Accessibility and Inclusivity, Data Privacy and Personalisation, and the impact of Gen AI on Product and Design. Outside of work, her interests include cats, coffee, fashion, travel and learning a new language.
