Phijarana (Pij) Rattanathikun is the visionary Founder, Design and Research Director at Pruxus Design, a local company dedicated to helping organizations become more user-centered through user research and the UX process. Armed with a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University nearly two decades ago, Pij has been a prominent figure in the UX field, contributing both in the United States and Thailand.
